Terms & Conditions

• Provisional Eligibility: Candidates applying for posts Sr. No. 04 to 20 will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA test based on credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out after the test.

• NADRA Verification: All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website. Before applying/depositing fees, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's portal and verify their CNIC via any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without verification, candidates will not be able to apply.

• Shortlisting & Interview Calls: Interview call letters will be issued to short-listed candidates only.

• Government Employees: Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel.

• Age Relaxation: Relaxation in upper age limits will be admissible as per existing government rules.

• Foreign Degrees: Candidates with foreign degrees must provide an equivalence certificate from HEC, PMDC, or the relevant competent authority.

• TA/DA & Separate Applications: No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must submit separate applications along with separate fee deposits.

How to Apply

1. For Posts Sr. No. 01 to 03 (Directorships):

   • Candidates must submit their applications along with relevant documents directly to P.O Box No. 599.

2. For Posts Sr. No. 04 to 20:

   • Visit the official ETEA online portal at www.etea.edu.pk.

   • Complete the NADRA E-Sahulat CNIC verification step.

   • Fill out the online application form.

   • Download the system-generated online deposit slip (containing token number, project code, and personal details).

   • Deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee via EasyPaisa app/agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.

   • Keep the original candidate copy of the deposit slip safe. Do not send hard copies of documents/testimonials to the ETEA office unless explicitly requested.
