• PEC Registration: For engineering positions (S.No. 1 to 8), candidates must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Additional benefits may be granted for candidates possessing MS degrees or specialized relevant experience based on Selection Board recommendations.

• Academic Record: Only one 2nd Division (not less than 50%) is allowed throughout the entire academic career from Matriculation onwards.

• Recognized Qualifications: All academic qualifications (degrees and certificates) must be issued by HEC, BISE, Technical Boards, or recognized governing bodies. Candidates with O/A Level certificates must provide IBCC equivalence marks in their application.

• Document Verification: Selected candidates must submit attested/verified copies of their degrees and certificates from concerned issuing authorities (HEC, BISE, IBCC, etc.) at the time of joining.

• Age Limit: The preferred upper age limit is 30 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

• Shortlisting Criteria: Fulfilling the basic criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. Further shortlisting may be carried out based on higher grades, relevant experience, or age if a large number of applications are received.

• Government Employees: Applicants currently serving in Government or Semi-Government sector must apply through proper channel and provide an NOC from their parent department at the time of interview.

• Nature of Employment & Benefits: Posts are purely temporary but likely to continue for an indefinite period, governed under the Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) scheme. Fringe benefits include official accommodation/hiring, pick & drop, and medical facilities as per rules.

• TA/DA & Disqualification: No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview. Concealment of any factual information will lead to disqualification at any stage.
