The Government of Punjab is establishing a Program Management Unit (PMU) for the CM’s Punjab Development Program, focusing on improving sewerage and storm water drainage facilities across the province. This initiative aims to protect public health and manage flooding by upgrading urban infrastructure.

To ensure professional execution, the PMU is seeking experienced and dynamic individuals for various contractual positions based in Lahore.

General Eligibility & Requirement Criteria

Candidates interested in joining the Punjab Development Program must meet the following collective eligibility standards:

Education & Technical Skills

• For Skilled Roles: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS) with a Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications/IT. Proficiency in MS Office and a typing speed of 40 WPM is required for technical staff.

• For Support Roles: Qualifications range from Literate/Middle to Matric, depending on the specific job category.

• Certifications: Drivers must possess a valid LTV driving license.

Professional Experience

• Relevant experience is mandatory, ranging from 1 year for technical roles to 5 years for specialized support roles (such as Drivers).

• Experience must be post-qualification and relevant to the position applied for.

Age Limits

• Computer Operators: Maximum age limit is 35 years.

• Support Staff (Office Boy, Driver, Guard): Maximum age limit is 45 years.

• Employment Type: All appointments are on a contractual basis for two (02) years, extendable based on program continuation and performance.

• Compensation: Market-driven salaries commensurate with experience and qualifications.
