The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF), an autonomous body under the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, has announced new career opportunities for dynamic and qualified individuals. PEF is looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of Monitoring & Evaluation Officers (MEOs) on a contract basis across multiple districts in Punjab. Job Overview & Eligibility Criteria

• Position Title: Monitoring & Evaluation Officers (MEOs)

• Salary Package: Rs. 60,000/- per month plus other allowances as per the HR Manual of PEF

• JCOs/NCOs and Equivalent (Army, Navy, Air Force):

  • Age Limit: 30 to 55 Years

  • Qualification & Experience: Minimum Graduation (14 years of education)

• Fresh Candidates (Civilians):

  • Age Limit: 25 to 40 Years

  • Qualification & Experience: Minimum 16 Years of Education

Terms & Conditions

• Contract Duration: The initial appointment is for one year, and contract extension is subject to the approval of the Competent Authority.

• Field Duty: Candidates must be willing to perform extensive field work within their designated district.

• Domicile Requirement: Applicants must possess a Punjab domicile and are eligible to apply only for their respective home districts.

• Disqualification: Individuals convicted by any court, dismissed from Armed Forces, or fired from any government service/project due to unsatisfactory performance are ineligible.

• Motorcycle License: Having a valid motorcycle license is mandatory. If a selected candidate does not own a personal motorcycle, they must submit written permission from the owner on a stamp paper.

• Preferences: Preference will be given to candidates possessing IT skills. Candidates must be physically fit and ready to handle hard areas.

• Documentation for LPR/DAE: LPR holders from Armed Forces must submit an NOC, while Diploma holders (DAE/Training) must submit an equivalency certificate from IBCC.

2. Fee Deposit: Submit the processing fee through the prescribed fee challan in any online branch of The Bank of Punjab (Account No. 6510003300400083). The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Required Documents: Attach your updated CV, original bank deposit slip, attested copies of CNIC, domicile (Punjab), academic credentials, latest passport-size photographs, and experience certificates.

4. Dispatch Hard Copy: Send the printed application form along with all attested documents via post or courier to the CTS dispatch address: Office No. 414, F2, Jeff Heights, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan.
