The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF), an autonomous body under the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, has announced job opportunities for the position of Master Trainer (MT). PEF currently imparts free education to around 4 million children across the province and is seeking ambitious, highly qualified, and experienced professionals to join its team across various districts of Punjab.

Selected candidates will be stationed at the respective divisional and district offices of PEF to perform their assigned responsibilities. This position offers an attractive market-based salary package along with official allowances per the HR Manual of PEF.

Terms & Conditions

• Salary: Rs. 112,500/- per month + other allowances as per HR Manual of PEF.

• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (age relaxation as per government policies is already included).

• Domicile Requirement: Applicants must hold a domicile of Punjab and can only apply in their respective home district (as per domicile).

• Contract Duration: The appointment will be on a contract basis for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

• Quota Distribution:

  • Open Merit: 36

  • Women Quota: 12

  • Minority Quota: 5

  • Disability Quota: 3

• Experience Criteria: Minimum 02 years of teaching experience. Experience as a Master Trainer/Teacher Trainer is preferred. Unpaid jobs, freelance, or part-time work experience will not be accepted. Experience in Board-affiliated schools or registered chains/medium-to-large size organizations will only be considered.

• Testing & Shortlisting: Written tests and candidate shortlisting will be conducted by Central Testing Service Pakistan (CTSPAK). Candidates scoring at least 50% marks in the test will be considered for interviews.

• Test/Interview Allowance: No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

• Government Servants: Must apply through proper channels with an attached NOC. Salary for government servants will be fixed as per PEF policy.

• PEF Rights: PEF reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

How to Apply

1. Visit the CTSPAK official portal at https://www.ctspak.com or https://ctspak.com/pef-2621/ to complete the online application form.

2. Download the prescribed fee challan and pay the non-refundable processing fee at any online branch of The Bank of Punjab (Account No. 6510003300400083).

3. Complete the online form carefully following all listed instructions.

4. After successfully submitting the online application, print out the completed application form and sign every page.

5. Attach the following documents to the signed hard copy:

   • Latest CV

   • Original paid bank deposit slip

   • NOC (if currently a government employee)

   • Attested copy of Domicile (Punjab Province only)

   • Two attested recent passport-size photographs

   • Attested copies of CNIC and all academic credentials with marks detail (Matric to highest degree, equivalence certificates, Hafiz-e-Quran certificate, merit certificates)

   • Attested experience certificates

6. Clearly mention the post applied for on the top right corner of the envelope.

7. Dispatch the complete hard copy application dossier via post or courier service to the following address:
