PEIMA invites applications from highly qualified, experienced, dynamic, and motivated professionals for appointment against contract-based positions on a lump-sum pay package.

List of Vacancies & Eligibility Details

• (01) Director (HR & Admin) : Min 16 years education in Business Admin/HRM/Public Admin/Social Sciences/Arts, 10 years experience, Rs. 750,000/- per month.

• (01) Director (Partnerships & Collaborations) : Min 15 years education in Mass Comm/Business Admin/Public Relations/International Dev/Social Sciences, 10 years experience, Rs. 750,000/- per month.

• (01) Director (Academics & Research) : Min 16 years education in Education Planning/Curriculum Dev/Management Sciences/Social Sciences, 10 years experience, Rs. 750,000/- per month.

• (01) Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) : Min 16 years education in Statistics/Economics/Public/Business Admin/Data Sciences/Math, 10 years experience, Rs. 750,000/- per month.

• (01) Chief Audit Officer: ACCA/ICMA/CA or Min 16 years education in Finance/Accounting/Commerce, 5 years experience, Rs. 350,000/- per month.

• (01) Assistant Director (Training & QAT) : Min 16 years education in Education Planning/HRM/Social Sciences/Business Admin, 3 years experience, Rs. 225,000/- per month.

• Applications received through courier, email, or by hand will not be entertained.

• Applicants serving in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, or Public Sector Organizations must apply through the proper channel and produce a valid NOC.

• Only shortlisted candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be called for written test and/or interview.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.

• PEIMA reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

• Applicants are required to deposit a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- against each post through the generated challan and upload proof of payment on the job portal.
