Vacancies Announcement is for the Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PESRP) under the School Education Department (SED), Government of the Punjab. The positions are part of the "Responsive, Ready and Resilient (RRR) STEM Secondary Education in Punjab" program, which is being implemented with financial assistance from the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Job Details & Eligibility

The following positions are available at the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in Lahore:

Post Title	Key Requirements
Program Manager (1 Post)	16 years of education in Development Studies, MBA, Public Policy, or related fields; at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in foreign-aided projects.
Procurement and Contracts Management Specialist (1 Post)	Master’s degree in Procurement, Engineering, or Project Management; at least 7 years of procurement experience (min. 3 years on ADB or World Bank-financed programs).
Financial Management Specialist (1 Post)	Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (CA, ACCA, CPA) preferred; min. 7 years of experience in public financial management.
Capacity Development Specialist (1 Post)	Master’s degree in Education, Development Studies, or Management; at least 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in foreign-aided projects.
IT Specialist (1 Post)	Master’s degree in Computer Science or ICT; min. 5 years of experience in digital systems design and deployment, preferably in education or social sectors.
Procurement Assistant (1 Post)	Master’s degree in a related field; 3 years of experience in public procurement in Punjab; complete knowledge of EPADS.
Admin Officer (1 Post)	Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration; at least 3 years of experience in office or project administration in government or donor-funded programs.
Office Boy (1 Post)	Matriculation; 2 years of relevant experience.
