Educational Qualifications and Academic Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of 16 years of education (Master’s or equivalent) in relevant fields such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, Computer Science, or Law from HEC-recognized institutions or reputable foreign universities. For senior leadership roles, professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CFA, or ICMA are highly desirable. Applicants must ensure their academic background strictly aligns with the specific sector or technical domain of the position they are applying for.
Professional Experience and Sector Expertise
The experience requirements vary by seniority, ranging from 1 year for entry-level officer roles to over 12 years for General Manager positions. Senior roles typically require significant managerial experience within large public or private sector organizations. Expertise in niche areas—such as transaction advisory, public financial management, or sector-specific economics—is essential. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate a strong track record of professional achievement in the public sector or international advisory environments.
Compensation and Selection Process
PFAS offers a competitive and market-based remuneration package designed to attract the best talent in the country.
