• Job Status & Duration: The recruitment is purely for the designated project period ending in June 2028, and no extension will be granted. Candidates cannot establish any legal claim for permanent appointment against these advertised posts.

• Posting Locations: The Commodity Price Manager will be posted at the Headquarters in Lahore. The Commodity Price Coordinators may be deployed in any of the advertised target districts based on administrative requirements.

• Documentation Requirements: Applications must include attested photocopies of all educational degrees, professional certificates, experience letters, CNIC, and 2 recent passport-sized photographs. Candidates must bring their original documentation at the time of the interview.

• Government Employees: In-service candidates must obtain a Departmental Permission Certificate or No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department and provide it during the interview process.

• Shortlisting Policy: The department reserves the right to shortlist applicants based on the strict alignment of their eligibility criteria and experience history. The final decision of the Selection Committee shall be absolute.

• Allowances & Adjustments: No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates appearing in tests or interviews, which will be conducted in Lahore. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment drive at any phase without prior notification.
