List of Vacancies and Eligibility Details

• (01 Chief Executive Officer (CEO)): Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred) with 20 years of power sector experience (5 years in senior management); max age 62 years.

• (01 Chief Financial Officer (CFO)): Professional accountant member or Master's in finance with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience; max age 50 years.

• (01 General Manager Technical): Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years of management experience in the power sector; max age 50 years.

• (01 Company Secretary (CS)): Professional accountant, corporate/chartered secretary, or MBA/Commerce/Law graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience; max age 40 years.

• All appointments will be made as per the PGCL General Conditions of Service and Appointment.

• Hiring/appointment of CEO must meet the "Fit and Proper" criteria as per Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines, 2015.
