The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) invites applications from highly motivated, qualified, and competent individuals for various positions on a lump-sum salary package purely on a contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

• Director (Budget & Finance): Requires relevant qualification and experience with a maximum age limit of 50 years (Salary: PKR 250,000/-).

• Director (Training & Linkages): Requires relevant qualification and experience with a maximum age limit of 50 years (Salary: PKR 250,000/-).

• Director (Monitoring & Evaluation): Requires relevant qualification and experience with a maximum age limit of 50 years (Salary: PKR 250,000/-).

• Director (Communication & Publications): Requires relevant qualification and experience with a maximum age limit of 50 years (Salary: PKR 250,000/-).

• Deputy Director (Internal Audit): Requires relevant qualification and experience with a maximum age limit of 50 years (Salary: PKR 175,000/-).

• Deputy Director (Training): Requires relevant qualification and experience with a maximum age limit of 50 years (Salary: PKR 175,000/-).

Terms & Conditions

• Vacancies are purely on a contract basis, and hiring will follow applicable PHEC and Government of the Punjab rules.

• Candidates must hold a domicile of Punjab.

• Government, semi-government, and autonomous employees must apply through the proper channel.

• A processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- for positions at Serial No. 1-4 and Rs. 1,500/- for positions at Serial No. 5-6 must be paid via digital transfer or deposit slip to The Bank of Punjab (A/C No. 6580045615700054, Branch Code 0320).

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, and no TA/DA will be admissible.

• Candidates who previously applied for Sr. Nos. 1, 2, and 5 under IPL-3742 do not need to apply again.

• PHEC reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any position without assigning any reason.
