Manager Investments (Sr. Mgr/Mgr)	Asset allocation, SECP compliance, and portfolio management.	CFA Charter holder; 5 years investment exp; Max age 37.
Manager Policy Admin (Sr. Mgr/Mgr)	End-to-end policy lifecycle, SLA management, and IT coordination.	Min. Bachelor's; 8 years exp (4 in managerial role); Max age 45.
Manager Fraud Risk (Sr. Mgr/Mgr)	Fraud risk frameworks for health insurance and claims monitoring.	Min. Bachelor's; 5 years exp in claims or fraud risk; Max age 35.
Manager Customer Experience (Sr. Mgr/Mgr)	Design service journeys and manage call center/digital touchpoints.	Min. Bachelor's; 5 years exp in Customer Service/Ops; Max age 40.
