Position Minimum Qualification Experience Required
Manager Financial, Budget, Tax, IFRS 17 & Regulatory Reporting Masters in related discipline / BS Actuarial Science / CA Inter / ACCA / ACMA Min. 5 years of overall progressive experience.
Manager Bank Reconciliation & Bank Operations Masters in related discipline / CA Inter / ACCA / ACMA Min. 1 year hands-on in Takaful/Insurance plus 7 years overall.
Manager General Ledger, Taxation & Systems Masters in related discipline / CA Inter / ACCA / ACMA Min. 5 years in Insurance/Takaful or Audit Firm.
Senior Analyst - Takaful Governance Bachelor’s in related field (Certifications in Takaful/Islamic Banking preferred) Min. 4 years in claims or fraud risk (Health Insurance domain).
Manager HR Talent Acquisition MBA / MPA (HRM) or 16 years of education in HR/Management 3 to 4 years post-qualification in a large/reputable organization.
Manager HR Operations MBA / MPA (HRM) or 16 years of education in HR/Management Min. 5 years post-qualification in a large/reputable organization.

 Key Responsibilities :

  • Finance Roles: Handling IFRS 17 implementation, SECP regulatory filings, bank reconciliations for Takaful/Conventional accounts, and tax compliance.

  • Takaful Governance: Ensuring Shariah compliance, risk management, and Shariah audit functions.

  • HR Roles: Managing end-to-end recruitment, HRIS updates, payroll, performance management, and labor law compliance.
