General Eligibility & Requirements

Applicants must fulfill the following general criteria to be eligible for shortlisting:

• Educational Qualifications: Degrees (Bachelor's, Master's, or MBBS) must be from HEC-recognized institutions or PMDC-recognized institutes where applicable.

• Industry Experience: Candidates must have significant experience (ranging from 5 to 8 years) specifically in Banking, Insurance sales force, or Health Insurance sectors.

• Technical Skills: For specialized leads, candidates with strong IT and system skills will be preferred.

• Age Limits: * For Regional Head: Maximum 50 years at the date of application.

  • For Lead positions: Maximum 45 years at the date of application.
