The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the general insurance sector, exceptional strategic and financial acumen, and a passion for driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The appointed CEO will report directly to the Board of Directors and will lead the establishment of company operations, overall organizational management, regulatory compliance, and market expansion in Lahore.

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - General Insurance

• Location: Lahore

• Reporting Line: Board of Directors

• Role Summary: Responsible for setting up overall operations, formulating strategic direction, driving sustainable business growth, managing financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing risk while protecting stakeholder interests.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic direction, business growth, digital transformation, and execution of Board-approved plans.

  • Drive market expansion, product innovation, investment oversight, and sustainable value creation.

  • Ensure full regulatory compliance, corporate governance, effective risk management, and brand reputation protection.

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders including the Board, regulators, investors, and strategic partners.

  • Oversee executive teams and ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business objectives fulfillment.

• Educational Qualification:

  • Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university (or equivalent qualification from a reputed international university) with at least 10 years' relevant experience, including 5 years as Key Officer, Director, CEO, Principal Officer in the insurance industry, or as an officer with the Insurance Regulator; OR

  • ACII or FCII or Fellow/Associate of the Institute or Society of Actuaries (or equivalent recognized by the Pakistan Society of Actuaries) with at least 5 years' experience as Key Officer, Director, CEO, Principal Officer in insurance, or with the Insurance Regulator.

• Experience Required:

  • Minimum 20 years of post-qualification professional experience.

  • At least 10 years of experience specifically within the insurance industry.

  • Minimum 5 years in a senior executive leadership role with demonstrated experience in strategic planning, operations, financial management, and corporate governance.

• Age Limit: Not more than 57 years as of the last date of application submission.
