The Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA), an autonomous body under the Transport Department, Government of the Punjab, has announced project-based career opportunities. Qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals are invited to apply for various contract-based (non-transferable) positions in the Project Management Unit (PMU) and Project Implementation Units (PIUs) established for the project "Development of Masstransit Systems in Gujranwala & Faisalabad."

Terms & Conditions

1. Detailed qualification and experience criteria are available on the PMA website (pma.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab Job Portal (jobs.punjab.gov.pk).

2. Applications received after the due date and time will not be entertained.

3. No job application/documents received via email, by hand, or through courier will be accepted.

4. Applicants must ensure that all submitted documents are relevant, accurate, and complete. Documents submitted with the online application will be considered final, and PMA will not request resubmission.

5. Transcripts along with educational degrees and relevant experience certificates must be uploaded during the online application process.

6. Applications with incorrect or incomplete information/documents will be rejected without prior notice.

7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.

8. Application Processing Fee:

   • Sr. No. 01 to 02: PKR 5,000/- (non-refundable)

   • Sr. No. 03 to 08: PKR 2,000/- (non-refundable)

   • Fee must be paid on or before the closing date via bank deposit slip at Bank of Punjab, Account No. 6580045522200045 (Masstransit Authority Non-Fare Revenue (NFR) Fund Account). The scanned copy of the payment receipt must be uploaded with the online job application on the Punjab Job Portal.

9. Applications submitted without processing fee or via Postal Order/Bank Draft will not be considered.

10. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and pay separate fees for each post.

11. Experience gained as part-time, teaching, honorary, self-employed, or apprentice/intern will NOT be counted as valid experience.

12. Government/semi-government/development project employees must apply through proper channels and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the competent authority at the time of the interview.

13. Departmental decisions regarding hiring, eligibility, shortlisting, and selection criteria shall be final.

14. Candidates must bring original documents (educational certificates, transcripts, experience letters, payment receipt, etc.) at the time of the interview.

15. Selected candidates must submit HEC-verified degree certificates (or HEC equivalence for foreign degrees), a fresh police character verification certificate, and a medical fitness certificate issued by a DHQ hospital.

16. The Punjab Masstransit Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
