1. Experience Disqualifiers: Experience gained as part-time teaching, honorary/self-employed work, and apprentice/intern positions will NOT be considered or counted as valid experience.

2. Missing Information Policy: Applications missing mandatory documents or containing incorrect/incomplete information, whether intentional or unintentional, will be disqualified without any prior notice.

3. Government Servants: Applicants currently working in government service must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview. The NOC must clearly reflect the date of the applicant's appointment and the nature of the job.

4. Finality of Submissions: Documents uploaded with the online application will be considered final; PMA will not request the resubmission of any missing documents later.

5. Post-Interview Formalities: Candidates who pass the interview must provide their degrees/certificates duly verified by HEC (or an equivalence certificate issued by HEC for foreign degrees), experience letters, a fresh police character verification certificate, and a medical fitness certificate issued by a district hospital.

6. Authority Discretion: The Punjab Masstransit Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, accept or reject any application, or cancel the recruitment process entirely at any stage without assigning a reason.

8. Age Limit: Up to 45 years (General age relaxation of 5 years for male candidates and 5+3 years for female candidates shall be applicable as per Government instructions).

4. Multiple Applications: Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post must submit separate applications and pay a separate fee for each post. Applications submitted without a processing fee or via Postal Order/Bank Draft will not be accepted.
