General Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates interested in applying should review the following general criteria established by the PMA:

Educational Background: Qualifications range from 16 years of education (Bachelor's/Master's) to 18 years of education (Master's/M.Phil) in relevant fields such as Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Law, Procurement, or Business Administration.

Professional Registration: For engineering roles, registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.

Experience: Candidates are expected to have significant professional experience, ranging from 5 to 12 years depending on the seniority of the post. Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

Age Limits: The age requirements vary by position, ranging from a minimum of 25 years up to a maximum of 55 years.

Age Relaxation: General age relaxation of 5 years for male candidates and 8 years (5+3) for female candidates applies as per Government instructions.
