  • Mandatory Transcripts: Applicants must upload their educational degrees, detailed transcripts, and relevant job experience certificates while filling out the online application.

  • Document Authenticity: Submitting fake, irrelevant, or incorrect documents, or failing to submit required credentials, will lead to immediate disqualification. Uploaded documents are considered final, and PMA will not request resubmissions.

  • Incomplete Profiles: Applications filled out intentionally or unintentionally with missing or incorrect information will be rejected without prior notice.

  • Shortlisting Policy: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.

  • Application Processing Fee: A non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 900/- must be paid before or on the closing date via a bank deposit slip at the Bank of Punjab, Account No. 6580045522200045 (Masstransit Authority Non-Fare Revenue (NFR) Fund Account). A scanned copy of the payment receipt must be uploaded onto the Punjab Job Portal alongside the application form.

  • Invalid Payments: Applications submitted without a processing fee or fees sent via Postal Order/Bank Draft will not be accepted.

  • Multiple Applications: Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post must submit separate applications and pay a separate processing fee for each role.

  • Unacceptable Experience: Professional experience gained through part-time work, teaching, honorary roles, self-employment, or apprentice/intern positions will not be counted.

  • Government Employees: Current government servants must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview. The NOC must clearly display the candidate's date of appointment and nature of the job.

  • Original Credentials: Candidates must bring their original educational certificates, transcripts, experience letters, application fee payment receipts, driving licenses (where applicable), and other relevant identity documents to the interview.

  • Post-Interview Requirements: Candidates who clear the interview are required to submit copies of their degrees verified by HEC (or an HEC equivalence certificate for foreign degrees), experience letters, a fresh police character verification certificate, and a medical fitness certificate from a district hospital.

  • Quotas & Age Relaxation: Government-approved quotas apply where applicable. General age relaxation of 5 years for male candidates and 5+3 years for female candidates is applicable as per government regulations.

  • Authority Rights: The Punjab Masstransit Authority reserves the complete right to increase/decrease the number of posts, accept/reject any application, or cancel the recruitment process entirely at any stage without giving a reason.
