• Salary Package: A market-competitive salary package will be offered to successful candidates.

• Age Limit Calculation: The age of the candidate will be calculated as of the last date of application submission.

• Contract Terms: Appointments against Manager and above positions will be on a contract basis for an initial period of three (3) years, extendable by mutual consent and subject to satisfactory performance.

• Government/In-Service Employees: In-service candidates must apply through proper channels.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview(s).

• Completeness: Applications must be complete in all aspects; incomplete submissions will not be considered.
