Position	Key Qualifications	Experience Required
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)	CA / ACCA / CMA or equivalent.	Min. 15 years in finance/accounting; 5+ years in senior leadership.
GM Business Development	BE Mining / BS Geosciences / BBA / MBA / CA / ACCA / CFA.	Min. 15 years experience; 5+ years in senior leadership.
GM Technical & Operations	BS Geosciences / BE Mining / Metallurgy / Material Sciences.	Min. 15 years in mineral exploration/development; 5+ years in senior leadership.
GM Support Services	MBA / HR / Management / Public Administration.	Min. 15 years experience; 5+ years in senior leadership.
