Eligibility Criteria Overview

Age Limits (as of May 05, 2026)

• Constables & Traffic Assistants: 18 to 22 years.

• Driver Constables: 21 to 30 years.

Physical Standards

• Height (Male): Minimum 5 feet 7 inches.

• Height (Female): Minimum 5 feet 2 inches.

• Chest (Male only): 33 x 34.5 inches.

• Running Test:

  • Male: 1.6 kilometers in 7 minutes.

  • Female: 1.6 kilometers in 10 minutes.

Educational Requirements

• Constables & Dolphin Squad: Secondary School Certificate (Matric) with at least 50% marks.

• Driver Constables: Secondary School Certificate and a valid LTV driving license with 2 years of experience.

• Traffic Assistants: Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) with at least Second Division.

Important Guidelines for Applicants

• Domicile: Only candidates with a permanent residence and domicile of District Murree are eligible to apply.

• Submission Process: Submit the completed form along with attested copies of certificates and a processing fee of Rs. 300/- at the relevant District Police Line.

• Application Dates: Submissions are open from April 20, 2026, to May 05, 2026.

• Quota System: * 5% quota for minorities.

  • 15% quota for women (Constable positions) and 5% for Traffic Assistants.

  • 10% quota for children of retired/serving police employees.

Selection Process

1. Physical Measurement: Height and chest verification.

2. Endurance Test: Running/Race.

3. Written Test: Candidates who pass the physical stages will be called for a written examination.

4. Driving Test: Mandatory for Driver Constable applicants only.

5. Interview: Final selection stage for successful candidates.
