Terms & Conditions

Before planning your application submission, please carefully read the following eligibility criteria, rules, and instructions:

• Age Limit: For all advertised positions, the required age limit is 18 to 22 years as of June 27, 2026.

• Domicile Requirement: Applicants must possess a permanent residence, CNIC, and domicile specifically belonging to District Murree.

• Physical Standards (Height):

  • Male Candidates: Minimum height of 5 feet 7 inches is mandatory.

  • Female Candidates: Minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches is mandatory.

• Physical Standards (Chest for Men): Male candidates must have a chest measurement of at least 33 x 34.5 inches.

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Constables / Dolphin Squad: Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) or equivalent with at least 50% marks from a recognized board.

  • Traffic Assistants: Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) or equivalent from a recognized institution.

• Running Test Criteria:

  • Male Candidates: Must complete a race of 1.6 Kilometers within 7 minutes.

  • Female Candidates: Must complete a race of 1.6 Kilometers within 10 minutes.

• Government Quotas:

  • A 15% quota is allocated for women applying for Constable positions, while a 5% quota is set for women applying for Traffic Assistant roles.

  • A 5% quota is reserved for non-Muslim (minority) applicants across the board.

  • A 10% quota is allocated for the children of retired or serving police officers.

• No Relaxations: No relaxation will be granted to any candidate regarding physical height, chest measurements, education, or upper age limits.

• NOC for Government Employees: Candidates currently working in government or semi-government departments must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

• No Criminal Record: Candidates must clear a background check. Anyone with a criminal record or an active FIR registered against them will be disqualified from the recruitment process.

1. Visit the official website of the Punjab Police at http://punjabpolice.gov.pk/ to download the application form.

2. Fill out the application form completely and attach verified, attested copies of your educational certificates, character certificate, CNIC, domicile, and recent passport-sized photographs.

3. Submit the completed application form along with a nominal form processing fee of Rs. 300/- directly to the designated Police Lines office.

4. If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one position, they must submit separate application forms and explicitly choose their priority before the interview stage.

• The registration window opens on 13.06.2026.

• The last date for the submission of complete application forms to the respective Police Lines is 27.06.2026. Applications submitted after this date will not be processed.
