Eligibility Criteria for General Constable (Settled & De-Excluded Areas)

• Age Limit:

  • For Settled Area: 18 to 22 years (as of October 31, 2026).

  • For De-Excluded Area: 18 to 25 years (as of October 31, 2026).

• Education: Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate) from a recognized board with at least 50% marks.

• Height:

  • Male: Minimum 5 feet 7 inches (Settled Area) / Minimum 5 feet 5 inches (De-Excluded Area).

  • Female: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches.

• Chest (Male Only): Minimum 33x34.5 inches (Settled Area) / Minimum 31x32.5 inches (De-Excluded Area).

• Running/Physical Test:

  • Male: 1.6 kilometers in 7 minutes.

  • Female: 1.6 kilometers in 10 minutes.

• Domicile & CNIC: Must possess a valid CNIC and domicile of the respective district (Rahim Yar Khan or Rajanpur).

Eligibility Criteria for Driver Constable

• Age Limit: 18 to 25 or 18 to 30 years depending on the region as of October 31, 2026.

• Education: Matriculation from a recognized board.

• Driving License: Must hold a valid LTV Driving License with at least 2 years of driving experience. Candidates must pass a driving and practical test.

Terms & Conditions

• Application forms can be downloaded from the official Punjab Police website: http://punjabpolice.gov.pk/.

• Application processing fee is Rs. 300, which must be submitted along with forms to the respective district police lines between October 12, 2026, and October 31, 2026.

• Government and semi-government employees can apply through proper channels with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

• Age relaxation is admissible as per government rules for specified categories and quotas (such as minorities and children of police employees).

• Only shortlisted candidates who pass physical, written, and psychological tests will be called for interviews and final medical examinations.
