The Punjab Public Private Partnership Authority (P4A), an autonomous body under the Finance Department, Government of the Punjab, has announced several high-level career opportunities. P4A is looking for qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join its strategic arm in Lahore.

 

P4A Available Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria

P4A is inviting applications for the following professional roles:

1. Chief Legal Officer (01 Post)

• Education: Minimum 16 years of education in Law (Barrister at Law / LLB).

• Experience: At least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in large-scale projects.

2. General Manager (Admin & HR) (01 Post)

• Education: 16 years of education in Business Administration (Specialization in HR/Public Admin).

• Experience: 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

3. General Manager (Support Services) (01 Post)

• Education: 16 years of education in Economics, Public Admin, Finance, Accounting, or professional certifications (CFA/CA/ACCA/ACMA/CIMA).

• Experience: 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

4. General Manager (Infrastructure) (01 Post)

• Education: 16 years of education in Civil Engineering / Engineering Management.

• Experience: 12 years of experience; preference given to those with PPP project experience.

5. Specialist Project Finance (15 Posts)

• Education: Finance/Accounting (16 years) or CFA/CA/ACCA/ACMA/CIMA/CPA.

• Experience: 10 years of relevant experience.

6. Legal / Contract Specialist (15 Posts)

• Education: Law degree (Barrister at Law / LLB).

• Experience: 10 years of relevant experience.

7. Technical Specialists (15 Posts)

• Departments: Communications & Works, Energy, School Education, Mines & Minerals, Youth Affairs, and more.

• Education: Relevant Engineering, MBBS, Social Sciences, or Management degrees.

• Experience: 10 years of relevant experience.
