The Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, has announced new career opportunities under the Program Implementation Unit (PIU) for the project "Capacity Building for Nursing and Allied Health Professionals". Applications are invited from eligible candidates domiciled in Punjab for specialized project-based roles.

This recruitment offers a high-level pay scale (PPS 10) on a contract basis till the completion or closing of the project, subject to annual performance-based renewals.

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility & Domicile: Only candidates having a valid domicile of Punjab are eligible to apply. Transgender individuals, women, minorities, and disabled persons quotas are applicable as per government policy.

• Age Limit: Applicants must be below 50 years of age on the date of application. General age relaxation applies per S&GAD notification guidelines.

• Nature of Post: The vacancy is purely post-specific, non-transferable, and project-based. It shall not be considered for regularization.

• Contract Tenure: Contract is till the completion/closing of the project/program, linked with annual performance-based renewal under the Recruitment Policy 2022 of the Government of Punjab.

• In-Service Applicants: Candidates currently serving in Government or Semi-Government institutions must apply through proper channels.

• Submission Guidelines: Applications submitted by hand will not be entertained.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test or interview.
