Punjab Tianjin University of Technology (PTUT), Lahore, a public sector technology university established by the Government of the Punjab, has announced job vacancies for visiting faculty members. Qualified, dynamic, and experienced educators are invited to apply for part-time teaching positions across various academic departments for both diploma and undergraduate degree programs.

The positions are offered for the 3-Year Diploma Program (DAE) at the Raiwind Road Campus and the 4-Year Degree Program at the Township Campus. Selected candidates will enjoy competitive monthly remuneration while contributing to technical and higher education standards in Punjab.

• Visiting Faculty – DAE Programs (Raiwind Road Campus)

  • Subjects / Disciplines: Electronics Technology, Civil Technology, Electrical Technology, Physics, Management, Mathematics, Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, English, Chemistry, Computer Science, and Mechanical Technology.

  • Minimum Qualification: Master's Degree or equivalent (16 Years of Education) in the relevant field

• Visiting Faculty – Undergraduate Programs (Township Campus)

  • Subjects / Disciplines: Mathematics, Islamic Studies, English, Physics, Economics, Civic and Community Engagement / Professional Ethics / Sociology, Accounting, Finance, Management Science, Marketing, Statistics, Software Engineering Technology (with expertise in Information Technology Skills, Computer Programming, Database Systems, Software Requirements and Design, Data Structures and Algorithms, Software Modeling Technologies, Computer Networking Technologies, Software Project Management, Information Security, and Object-Oriented Programming), and Fashion Design Technology.

  • Minimum Qualification: MS / M.Phil (18 Years of Education) in the relevant field.

Terms & Conditions

• Preference: Candidates holding higher qualifications will be given preference during the selection process.

• Job Nature: All appointments will be made purely on a temporary / visiting basis.

• Remuneration Structure:

  • 16 Years Education: Rs. 60,000/- per month (subject to tax) for a minimum workload of 12 lectures per week.

  • 18 Years Education: Rs. 75,000/- per month (subject to tax) for a minimum workload of 12 lectures per week.

  • Workload Below 12 Lectures: In case the weekly workload is less than 12 lectures, payment will be made according to the university's approved per-lecture rates.

• Shortlisting & Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the test/interview.
