Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO), one of the geographically largest electricity distribution companies in Pakistan's public sector serving over 700,000 consumers across Balochistan, is seeking dynamic and high-caliber candidates (male & female) from all over Pakistan. The vacancy is for the position of Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) on a contract basis.

The appointed Chief Internal Auditor will report directly to the Audit Committee of QESCO and will lead all internal audit operations, financial appraisals, control evaluations, and risk assessment activities across the organization.

Terms & Conditions

• Package & Tenure: Selected candidates will be offered the QESCO C-Level (QEPS-I) package. The initial appointment will be for a period of two (02) years, extendable annually based on performance up to a maximum period of three (03) years.

• Domicile & Eligibility: Open Merit across Pakistan. Male and female eligible candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Contract Signing: On selection, the successful candidate will sign a formal contract with the company as approved by the Board.

• Government/Public Sector Employees: In case a government servant or employee of QESCO/another public sector organization is selected, they must resign from their service or seek early retirement before joining. No deputation or lien will be allowed.

• QESCO Rights: QESCO reserves the right to withhold or cancel the entire recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview process.
