Available Positions

Applications are invited from candidates domiciled in Sindh Province for the following BPS-20 posts:

*Age relaxation may be granted for candidates with exceptional qualifications or experience.

 

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and professional requirements:

• Option 1: M.A. / M.Sc / MBA / B.E (preferably 1st Class) from an HEC-recognized university with 17 years of relevant experience (BPS-17 and above).

• Option 2: Ph.D. / M.E from an HEC-recognized university with 15 years of relevant experience (BPS-17 and above).

• Specific Skills (Registrar): Must be conversant with government administrative rules, statutory body meetings, and preparation of agendas/working papers.

 

How to Apply

1. Application Form: Download the prescribed form from www.quest.edu.pk or obtain it from the Office of (Coord. & Meetings), QUEST Nawabshah.

2. Processing Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- must be paid via Bank Challan or Demand Draft in favor of Director Finance, QUEST, Nawabshah.

3. Submission: Send your application along with:

   • Updated C.V.

   • Two latest photographs.

   • Attested copies of all certificates/testimonials.

   • Names of two referees.

4. Deadline: Applications must reach the Registrar's office on or before March 30, 2026.

Note for Government Servants: Candidates currently serving in Government or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel with an NOC from their employer.

• Registration: PEC registration as a Professional Engineer is mandatory where applicable.
