General Eligibility Criteria & Skills

To qualify for the advertised executive role at QESCO, candidates must satisfy the following baseline criteria:

• Background: Must be a retired officer equivalent to BPS-20 from the Military Armed Forces (preferably from fighting arms with Medical Category "A").

• Maximum Age Limit: Up to 57 years old.

• Core Competencies: A proven track record of leadership, intelligence gathering/analysis, strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and a vision for introducing digital security technology.
