Terms and Conditions

• Compensation Package: The salary and compensation package for all positions are governed by REDAMCO's approved Pay Scales and applicable HR policies.

• Document Attestation: Educational documents must be attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant educational board.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.

• Original Documents: Shortlisted candidates must present their original CNIC, educational certificates, and experience certificates at the time of the interview.

• Management Rights: The Company reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, cancel any position, or refrain from filling any post without assigning any reason.

• TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be admissible for candidates attending the interview.
