Eligibility and Skill Requirements

• General Manager: Requires a Master’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or Social Sciences with at least 10 years of professional experience. Preference is given to those with experience in Army or Defense clubs.

• Management Roles: Candidates for F&B and HR Manager roles should be graduates with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

• Support Staff: Front Office roles require a minimum of 2 years of experience, while Data Entry Operators should have an FA/I.Com background with strong IT skills.
