The Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC) has announced recruitment for temporary, non-consultancy / PLA positions approved by the Administrative Committee. Qualified candidates seeking opportunity in a premier cardiac institute are invited to apply for BPS-18 equivalent positions in faculty and technical domains.

The appointments will be made purely on merit against BOM / Administrative Committee created posts. Candidates meeting the requisite qualification and age limits are encouraged to submit their applications through the proper channel before the deadline.

List of Vacancies & Eligibility Details

• (01) Assistant Professor of Pathology (BPS-18) – MBBS + PM&DC registration + Ph.D./FCPS/MRC/Diplomate American Board/M.Phil in Pathology; Age: 25–45 years.

• (01) Assistant Professor of Microbiology (BPS-18) – MBBS + PM&DC registration + Ph.D./FCPS/MRC/Diplomate American Board/M.Phil in Pathology/Microbiology; Age: 25–45 years.

• (01) System Analyst (BPS-18) – MCS/MIT/M.Sc CS (2nd Div) OR 4-year BCS/BS CS/BS IT + 5 years' system analysis, database/Oracle experience; Age: 28–40 years.

Terms & Conditions

• Nature of Appointment: Temporary / Non-Consultancy / PLA basis; does not confer any right for regular appointment.

• Termination & Changes: The competent authority reserves the right to terminate appointments without notice for poor performance/misconduct/absence, or to increase/decrease the number of posts.

• Age Limit & Quotas: General upper age relaxation applies as per Government policy. Quotas for disabled persons, employees' children, women, and minorities will be observed according to policy rules.

• Preferences: Candidates with higher qualifications/experience, or prior experience in cardiac hospitals, will be given preference.

• Government Servants: Candidates currently working in government/autonomous institutions must apply through the proper channel.

• Test/Interview & TA/DA: Interview schedules will be communicated telephonically to eligible candidates following scrutiny. No TA/DA will be paid.
