Rawalpindi Medical University (RMU) has announced official job openings for senior administrative and non-teaching positions on a contract basis (initially for one year, extendable on performance basis). Male and female candidates possessing a valid Punjab domicile are invited to apply for these prestigious Grade 20 positions.

List of Vacancies and Eligibility Details

• (01) Registrar (BS-20): PhD/FCPS/MS/MDS/MD after MBBS/BDS or equivalent with 10 years relevant experience (or alternative higher education/experience criteria), age limit 30–50 years.

• (01) Controller of Examination (BS-20): PhD/MS/MD/MPhil/MBA/MA/MSc or equivalent with 10 to 15 years teaching, administrative, or examination branch experience, age limit 30–50 years.

• (01) Director Quality Enhancement Cell QEC (BS-20): PhD/FCPS/MS/MD or MPhil/MS in Total Quality Management with 6 to 10 years relevant experience, age limit 30–50 years.

Terms & Conditions

• Appointments will be made according to university rules and Government of the Punjab guidelines purely on merit.

• Final selection is subject to verification of educational degrees and experience certificates.

• A general upper age relaxation of 5 years is allowed across the board, while female candidates will be given 8 years of relaxation.

• Candidates already serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel.

• Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview, and no TA/DA will be admissible.

• Attach attested copies of documents, degrees, certificates, CNIC, Punjab domicile, two fresh passport-size colored photographs, and a bank draft/pay order of Rs. 2,000/- in favor of the Vice Chancellor, RMU, Rawalpindi.

• Submit your complete application package to: University Office (Room No. 39), RMU New Teaching Block, Rawalpindi (inside Holy Family Hospital).

• Note: If applying for more than one post, submit separate applications with individual application fees and clearly write the name of the post on the top right side of the envelope.
