Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Requirement: Candidates must possess a valid Domicile of Hazara Division.

• Gender Eligibility: Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.

• ETEA Screening Test: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed document scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority prior to final selection.

• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation is admissible under prevailing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government rules.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently working in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations must submit their applications through proper channels.

• Recruitment Policy & Marks Breakdown: The recruitment will follow the Government of KP policy using a 100-mark evaluation system:

  • Basic Education Marks: 70

  • ETEA Test Marks: 20

  • Interview Marks: 10

• Passing Marks: The minimum pass mark in the ETEA screening test is 40.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA or travel allowance will be provided for tests or interviews.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates meeting criteria after test evaluation will be called for interviews.

• Authority Rights: The appointing authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the vacancy posts at any stage.
