General Eligibility & Requirements

To maintain their standard of excellence, RHC has established the following general criteria for all applicants:

• Educational Background: * For Technical & Management roles: A minimum of B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) is required.

  • For Accounts: CA/CMA qualification is mandatory.

• Professional Experience: * Senior roles require significant field experience ranging from 8 to 10+ years.

  • Management roles (Accounts) require at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.

• Certifications & Preferences: * Candidates with PMP Certification will be preferred for the PMO lead.

  • Experience with IFI-funded projects (International Financial Institutions) is highly desirable for business development roles.

  • Experience within an engineering consultancy firm is preferred for the accounts department.

• Skills: Strong leadership, compliance management, and technical proficiency in resource and project management.
