• Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (as of the last date of application submission).

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Candidates holding a Master's degree in business and/or professional certifications like AIBP or JAIBP will be preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of banking experience in Sales and/or Relationship Management.

• Employment Type: The employment will be on a contractual basis for three (03) years, which may be renewed at the sole discretion of the Management.

• Place of Posting: Selected candidates will be required to serve at their initial place of posting for a minimum period of three years; no transfer requests will be entertained during this time. Multiple locations across Pakistan are available.

• Selection Process: Candidates will be evaluated strictly on the defined eligibility criteria. Shortlisted individuals must appear for a mandatory assessment test and subsequent panel interviews. No TA/DA will be provided.
