1. Senior Relationship Manager (OG-II)

• Reporting To: Team Leader

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university, college, or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

• Experience Required:

  • Minimum 02 years of sales experience in financial institutions.

  • Candidates with banking sales experience in deposit mobilization will be given preference.

• Key Skills: Sales management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Windows & MS Office, and dynamic geographical knowledge of the posting area.

• Main Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in account opening and deposit growth; cross-sell bank products (consumer assets & insurance); manage and grow customer portfolios; and ensure strict compliance with banking laws and procedures.

• Place of Posting: Karachi, Hyderabad, Badin, Thatta, Qamber Shahdadkot, Shikarpur, Larkana, Jacobabad, Dadu, Mirpur Khas, Shaheed Benazirabad (Nawabshah), Tharparkar, Khairpur Mirs, Sukkur, Naushehro Feroze, and Ghotki.

2. Relationship Manager (OG-III)

• Reporting To: Team Leader

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university, college, or institute.

• Experience Required: Minimum 01 year of banking sales experience in financial products.

• Key Skills: Goal-oriented mindset, strong oral/written communication skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and adaptability to field-based sales environments.

• Main Responsibilities: Direct outdoor/field marketing to meet assigned sales and deposit mobilization targets; handle customer queries amicably; manage liability portfolios; and ensure adherence to the bank's operational policies and Service Delivery Procedures (SDPs).

• Place of Posting: Available in multiple cities including Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Quetta, Chaman, Zhob, Pishin, Khuzdar, Gwadar, Ziarat, Kharan, Sibi, Loralai, Dera Allah Yar, Dera Murad Jamali, Sui, Dera Bugti, and other regions listed in the official notice.

Terms & Conditions

• Employment Type: The selected candidates will be employed on a contractual basis for three (3) years, which may be renewed at the sole discretion of the Bank's Management.

• Compensation: NBP offers a competitive market-based compensation package and other benefits in accordance with the Bank’s Policies and Rules.
