Relationship Manager – OG II (Aitemaad Islamic Banking)

• Place of Posting: Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Hasilpur, Islamabad, Karachi, Khanewal, Lahore, Larkana, Mardan, Mianwali, Multan, Muzaffarabad A.K, Muzaffargarh, Okara, Peshawar, Quetta, Rahimyar Khan, Rawalpindi, Sadiqabad, Sahiwal, Sheikhupura, Swat, Taxila, Vehari.

• Education Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University / College / Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Candidates having a Commerce Graduation, or an Islamic Banking qualification, degree, or diploma will be preferred.

• Experience Requirements: Minimum 01 year of banking experience, out of which at least 06 months must be in Sales.

• Age Limit: Maximum 29 years as on the last date of submission of application.

• Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets in account opening, deposit generation, deposit retention, deepening of deposits, and consumer financing (Mortgage / Auto Financing).

  • Ensure Tail Management through activation of dormant accounts, Digital App and ATM activation, and deepening of Tail accounts.

  • Cross-sell or up-sell to existing customers to achieve targets.

  • Plan and execute daily customer visits (new and existing) and participate in periodic Mass Customer Contact Drives and Market Storming activities.

  • Resolve customer queries in an amicable and efficient manner while complying with Banking Laws, Shariah Compliance, and SOPs.

Terms & Conditions

• Contractual Basis: Employment will be on a contractual basis for 03 years, renewable at the discretion of the Management.

• Posting & Transfer: In case of selection, candidates will be required to serve at their initial place of posting for a minimum period of three years; no request for transfer will be entertained.
