Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122) is seeking young, energetic, and dedicated individuals willing to work in any district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Online applications are invited from suitable candidates having a domicile in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for regular positions as indicated against each post. • Emergency Medical Technician (BPS-12):

  • Number of Posts: 350

  • Allocation: Merit-60, Zone 01=40, Zone 02=58, Zone 03=40, Zone 04=39, Zone 05=30, Zone 06=30, Minority Quota=18, Women Quota=35.

  • Qualification: Paramedical Diploma, Nursing, or LHV (Preference will be given to Diploma in Health Technology & Surgical Technology).

  • Age Limit: 22 to 35 years.

• Fire Rescuer (BPS-11):

  • Number of Posts: 175

  • Allocation: Merit-30, Zone 01=20, Zone 02=28, Zone 03=20, Zone 04=20, Zone 05=15, Zone 06=15, Minority Quota=09, Women Quota=18.

  • Qualification: F.Sc (Pre-Eng.) with Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE).

  • Age Limit: 22 to 35 years.

• Drivers (BPS-06):

  • Number of Posts: 275

  • Allocation: Merit-53, Zone 01=35, Zone 02=51, Zone 03=35, Zone 04=35, Zone 05=26, Zone 06=26, Minority Quota=14.

  • Qualification: Middle and physically fit with valid HTV / LTV driving license.

  • Age Limit: 22 to 35 years.

Terms & Conditions

• Zonal breakups are available on the ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk) and the official Rescue 1122 website (https://rescuekp.gov.pk/).

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the physical/screening test, but detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Appointing Authority.

• Mandatory Physical Test Standards:

  • Male Candidates: Height 5'6" and chest 33" minimum; 1-mile running in 07 minutes (For candidates aged 40 years and above: 1-mile running in 09 minutes).

  • Female Candidates: Height 5'2"; 1-mile running in 09 minutes.

• Passing Threshold: Minimum 40% marks are required to pass the screening/written test and interview for BPS-01 to BPS-16.

• Selection Criteria Weightage: Educational Criteria accounts for 70 marks, ETEA Test for 20 marks, and Interview for 10 marks.

• ETEA will conduct agility/skill tests (driving, computer literacy, diving, etc.) for relevant cadres as a screening tool.

• Diplomas from banned boards or councils will not be considered as notified by TEVTA, KP.

• Only valid driving licenses issued by the Government of Pakistan will be considered; fresh application tokens for driving licenses are unacceptable for Driver posts.

• Selected candidates will undergo a mandatory training of six months and must submit a Police Clearance Certificate and a Surety Bond on stamp paper before appointment.

• Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through the proper channel (NOC).

• Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must submit separate applications along with a separate fee for each post.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for any test or interview.
