Physical Standards & Requirements

To qualify for Rescue 1122, candidates must meet the following physical and medical benchmarks:

• Vision: Must be 6/6 in each eye (without glasses). No color blindness.

• Height: Preference for candidates over 5' 6".

• Chest: Minimum 33 inches.

• Fitness: BMI must be under 30. Candidates with Hepatitis B & C, HIV, or RPR positive are ineligible.

Selection Process

The recruitment process involves several rigorous stages:

• Written & Psychological Test: Conducted at designated centers.

• Physical Test: Assessment of running, chest, and height.

• Final Interview: Held at the Emergency Services Headquarters, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.

• Quota: 5% for Minorities and 15% for Females. Shemales (Transgender) are also encouraged to apply.
