The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122) has released a recruitment advertisement seeking energetic, qualified, and dedicated individuals for various regular positions across all districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Male, female, and minority candidates holding a KPK domicile are strongly encouraged to apply for these lifesaving healthcare and emergency service positions.

Selection will be strictly merit-based and processed through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) KPK screening, physical, and skill tests.

List of Vacancies & Eligibility Details

• (350) Emergency Medical Technician (BPS-12) – Paramedical Diploma/Nursing/LHV (preference to Health Technology & Surgical Technology); Age: 22–35 years.

• (175) Fire Rescuer (BPS-11) – F.Sc (Pre-Eng.) or Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE); Age: 22–35 years.

• (275) Drivers (BPS-06) – Middle pass, physically fit with a valid HTV/LTV driving license; Age: 22–35 years.

Terms & Conditions

• Domicile & Quotas: Open only to KPK domicile holders (Pakistan citizens). Quotas are allocated across Zones 01–06, Women (15% for EMT & Fire Rescuer), and Minorities.

• Physical Standards:

  • Male (under 40): 1-mile run in 7 minutes; Height: 5'6" min; Chest: 33" min.

  • Male (40+ years): 1-mile run in 9 minutes.

  • Female: 1-mile run in 9 minutes; Height: 5'2" min.

• Passing Marks Threshold: Minimum 40% marks required in screening/written test and interview.

• Selection Criteria Weightage: Educational Criteria (70 Marks), ETEA Test (20 Marks), Interview (10 Marks).

• Licensing & Verification: Valid Pakistani driving licenses are required for Drivers (fresh tokens not accepted). Diplomas must be from recognized/valid boards; banned board diplomas are unacceptable.

• Medical & Training: Selected candidates must pass a medical exam at Police & Services Hospital Peshawar and complete mandatory 6-month training.

• Bond & NOC: Selected candidates must submit a Surety Bond; serving government/semi-government employees must apply through proper channels (NOC).

• TADA: No TA/DA is admissible for physical tests, written examinations, or interviews.

3. Generate the fee deposit slip and deposit the prescribed screening test fee at designated banks/online channels as instructed on the portal.
