The objective of the RBO Program is to identify and induct fresh and young resources across the country and provide a structured program with set learning objectives. RBOs will be trained and developed with an aim of strengthening the branch banking functionality and will later assume leadership positions within the Retail Bank e.g. Branch Managers, Relationship Managers & Customer Services & Operations Managers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree (1st Division or high 2nd Division) preferably in the following disciplines:
■ Commerce
■ Economics
■ Mathematics & Statistics
■ Business Administration
Locatiion:- Candidates from Chaman, Zhob, Loralai, Duki, Ziarat, Sibi, Dera Murad Jamali, Usta Muhammad, Noshki, Kalat, Khuzdar, Surab, Awaran, Bela, Wadh, Panjgor, Turbat, Gwadar, Pasni and Quetta Districts are encouraged to apply.
Job Experience: None required (No Experience / Fresh Candidiates). However, individuals with a maximum of one year sales experience may also apply.
