The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) has announced its latest vacancy announcement for 2026, inviting online applications from eligible candidates domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These vacant positions are available for its Headquarters and Regional/Sub Offices.

Recruitment is being conducted transparently through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

List of Vacancies with Details

1. Inspector (BPS-16)

• Total Posts: 23 (Open Merit = 21, Woman Quota = 1, Minority Quota = 1)

• Age Limit: 25 to 35 years

• Minimum Qualification & Experience: Master or Bachelor Degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Accounts, Finance, Commerce, or Economics from an HEC recognized Pakistani University/Institute (or an equivalent foreign degree), OR ACCA/CA/ICMA, with at least 02 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

2. Audit Officer (BPS-16)

• Total Posts: 11 (Open Merit = 7, Woman Quota = 2, Minority Quota = 1, PWD = 1)

• Age Limit: 25 to 35 years

• Minimum Qualification & Experience: Master or Bachelor Degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Accounts, Finance, Commerce, or Economics from an HEC recognized Pakistani University/Institute (or an equivalent foreign degree), OR ACCA/CA/ICMA, with at least 02 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

3. Assistant Accounts Officer (BPS-16)

• Total Posts: 1 (Minority Quota = 1)

• Age Limit: 25 to 35 years

• Minimum Qualification & Experience: Master or Bachelor Degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Accounts, Finance, Commerce, or Economics from an HEC recognized Pakistani University/Institute (or an equivalent foreign degree), OR ACCA/CA/ICMA, with at least 02 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

4. Data Processing Officer (BPS-16)

• Total Posts: 1 (Minority Quota = 1)

• Age Limit: 25 to 35 years

• Minimum Qualification & Experience: Master or Bachelor Degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer System Engineering, or Information Technology from an HEC recognized Pakistani University/Institute (or an equivalent foreign degree).

5. Constable (BPS-07)

• Total Posts: 11 (Open Merit = 9, Woman Quota = 1, Minority Quota = 1)

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

• Education: Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC/Intermediate) from a recognized board.

• Physical Requirements:

  • Male: Height: 5 feet 7 inches | Chest: 33 inches with an expansion of 1.5 inches.

  • Female: Height: 5 feet 1 inch.

  • Physical Test: Candidates must pass a running test—1 mile within 7 minutes for males, and 1 kilometer within 7 minutes for females.

Terms & Conditions

• ETEA Screening: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on provided credentials. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out later by the appointing authority.

• Service Rules: Recruitment will be made as per the procedure laid down in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority Employees (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Regulation, 2017.

• Age Relaxation: No age relaxation shall be allowed beyond the specified limits.

• Government Employees: Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.

• Multiple Applications: Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.

• General Rules: No TA/DA is admissible for the test/interview. Incomplete applications or those submitted with fake documents will be rejected at any stage.

How to Apply

Interested candidates must follow these steps to submit their application online:

1. Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk and create an applicant profile.

2. After creating your profile, select the desired post, print the E-Sahulat token from the website, and get your CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without this verification, you cannot apply.

3. Generate the prescribed online deposit slip (containing token number, Project code, and personal details) and deposit the non-refundable test fee via the Easypaisa app, an active Agent, or any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) stamped by the bank/agent safely for your own record.

5. Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. You will only provide copies of your documents when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny.

6. Roll number slips, test dates, times, and venues will be updated on the ETEA website and communicated via SMS.
