• Position Title: Legal Advisor (Male/Female)

• Number of Posts: 01

• Qualification & Experience:

  • Ph.D. in Law with 05 years of professional experience OR Masters in Law (LL.M, Barrister/Solicitor) with 10 years of professional experience.

  • Post-qualification legal experience, preferably in corporate, civil, labour, property, service, and contract law.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large organizations, clubs, autonomous bodies, or corporate entities.

  • Excellent drafting, litigation management, negotiation, and legal advisory skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Pakistani laws, labour laws, corporate governance, contract management, and regulatory compliance.

  • Ability to represent or coordinate with external counsel in courts, tribunals, and other legal forums.

  • Expertise in handling labour, service, property, contractual, and corporate legal matters.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English and local languages will be considered an asset.

• Maximum Age Limit: 62 Years

Terms & Conditions

1. The appointment will be on a One-Year Contract basis or till the leasing of RPGCC, whichever is earlier.
