• Salary & Compensation: Salary will be negotiable and commensurate with the candidate's qualification and relevant experience.

• Relevant Infrastructure Experience: Experience relating solely to buildings, housing societies, residential, or commercial vertical construction will not be considered. Only candidates with experience in highways, roads, bridges, and allied infrastructure works are eligible to apply.

• Site Placement: Selected candidates will be required to reside and perform duties directly at the project site.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. No TA/DA (traveling/daily allowance) will be provided.
