Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Regional Sales Manager role should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, with a preference for candidates holding a BBA. Applicants must demonstrate a strong professional background with 5 to 7 years of experience specifically within the motorcycle industry. Candidates who have direct experience with the electric two-wheeler segment will be given preference. We are seeking individuals who are results-oriented, driven, and capable of leading market entry strategies in a high-potential industry.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager at ZeeGo, you will be responsible for leading regional sales operations and expanding our dealer and distributor network. Your primary focus will be driving revenue growth in alignment with corporate objectives. Key duties include achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, monitoring both primary and secondary sales performance, and executing promotional campaigns. You will also be expected to provide regular dealer support, analyze competitor activities, and coordinate closely with the Marketing, After Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
