The School Education Department, Government of Balochistan, has officially announced numerous teaching vacancies for District Jhal Magsi under the new Recruitment Policy 2024. This recruitment drive aims to strengthen the local education system by hiring dedicated educators for various roles, including EST, JET, JAT, and JVT (BPS-14 to BPS-15) on a temporary contract basis. Junior Arabic Teacher (JAT)	B-15	Graduation with Arabic as a subject, or Shahadat-ul-Almiya from a recognized board + ATTC certificate.
Physical Education Teacher (PET)	B-15	Bachelor’s degree + Diploma in Physical Education.
Drawing Master (JDM)	B-15	Bachelor’s degree + Master's Certificate in Drawing/Fine Arts.
Junior Vernacular Teacher (JVT)	B-14	Matric/Intermediate + Primary Teaching Certificate (PTC) or Associate Degree in Education (2 years).
Muallim-ul-Quran (MQ)	B-14	Bachelor’s degree + Sanad from a recognized Wafaq-ul-Madaris or Tajweed-ul-Quran certificate.

Selection Criteria (Merit Calculation)

The final merit will be calculated based on your academic record (100% weightage):

• Matriculation: 33%

• Intermediate: 33%

• Graduation (Bachelor’s): 34%

 

Important Terms and Conditions

• Local/Domicile: Only candidates with a local/domicile certificate of District Jhal Magsi are eligible to apply.

• Age Limit: Minimum age is 18 years.

• Application Process: Government employees must apply through the proper channel (with a NOC).

• Union Council Specific: Candidates must apply for the specific Union Council (UC) they belong to, as listed in the vacancy table (which includes areas like Gandawah, Kot Magsi, Mirpur, etc.).
