The Education Department of Balochistan has announced several purely temporary teaching vacancies (Phase IV) for residents of District Musakhel and District Sherani. These positions are aimed at strengthening the local educational infrastructure and are open to eligible male and female candidates.

Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria

The following positions are available for candidates with a minimum of a Second Division degree from a recognized university:

Elementary School Teacher (EST) (B-15)	Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed. OR Associate Degree in Education (ADE).
Junior English Teacher (JET) (B-15)	Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed. OR ADE.
JET Technical (B-15)	Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed. and a Diploma in Marketing/Agri-Technical.
Junior Arabic Teacher (JAT) (B-15)	Shahadat-ul-Almia (from a recognized board) or Bachelor’s with Arabic/B.Ed..
Physical Education Teacher (PET) (B-15)	Bachelor’s Degree with Senior Diploma in Physical Education.
Junior Drawing Master (JDM) (B-15)	Bachelor’s Degree with a Diploma from a recognized Fine Arts institute.
Junior Vernacular Teacher (JVT) (B-14)	Matric/Intermediate with Junior Vernacular Teacher (JVT) or PTC certificate.
Muallim-ul-Quran (MQ) (B-14)	Matric/Intermediate with Sanad-e-Tajweed-o-Qirat from a recognized board.

Selection Merit Criteria

The merit for these positions will be calculated based on the following weightage:

• Matriculation: 33%

• Intermediate: 33%

• Graduation: 34%

• Total: 100%

Important Terms and Conditions

• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years.

• Local Residency: Only residents of the respective Union Councils/Districts mentioned in the advertisement are eligible.

• Gender: Positions are specified for Male and Female candidates across various Union Councils.

• Quotas: 5% quota is reserved for minorities and 5% for disabled persons.

• Professional Marks: Candidates with B.Ed/ADE/BS Education will be given preference as per policy.
