The School Education Department (SED), Government of the Punjab, is establishing a Strategic Management Unit (SMU) to enhance efficiency, focus, and timely execution of departmental works and procurements. The SMU will strengthen institutional capacity for strategic planning, execution, and management of development projects and special initiatives.

To ensure transparent and timely implementation of development schemes through professional project management practices, the SMU invites applications from qualified, highly motivated professionals for specialized roles in its General and Works wings.

• Eligibility & Screening: Only candidates meeting the specified qualification, age limit (up to 40 years), and professional experience requirements will be shortlisted.

• Government Employees: Applicants currently working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel.

• Submission Format: Applications in hard form will not be entertained under any circumstances.

• TA/DA: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.

• Shortlisting: Only short-listed candidates will be called for the test/interview.
